Aus Property Investment Group (API Group) is proudly part of the Garden City Group and it focuses on Property Investments, Development Consulting and Property Development.

Proprty Investments is managed by Residential Division, which is one of the biggest Asian-Oriented Australia based company. The Residential Divisnion is reformed in the Sep 2013, taking over the Asian channel management and authorization management.

Development Consulting is one of the main business in Garden City Group since 2006 and such division joined into API Group since Sep 2013.

Property Development is managed API Group Projects Division and becomes Garden City Group Projects since 2013, which focuses on home development, investment projects, construction management, and marketing and sales of investment projects (incooperate with Residential Division).
